Job Summary Position Title: Director of Marketing Location: Worcester, MA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and business objectives • Champion the customer experience across all touchpoints—online and in-store—from awareness to repeat visits • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, technology, and operations to support campaigns, launches, and guest programs • Oversee digital, traditional, and experiential marketing efforts, including social media, loyalty, email, and web initiatives • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools; communicate insights and recommendations to leadership • Manage vendors, budgets, and project timelines to ensure on-time, on-brand campaign delivery • Leverage customer insights and data to optimize campaign strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness Who You Are • A results-oriented marketing leader with a track record of building and scaling programs • Data-savvy with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and campaign performance metrics • Creative yet analytical—comfortable telling compelling brand stories while using data to guide decisions • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities • Able to influence and communicate across various levels of the organization Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: • Vision insurance
