About Sales Gravy: The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our marketing team while enhancing the online presence of our brands, engaging our target audience across various social media platforms, and driving high-quality lead generation through digital advertising and conferences. This position oversees the creation of engaging digital content, execution of inbound lead gen marketing campaigns, championing a robust social media presence across Sales Gravy's and our team members' social media channels, developing sales collateral, and elevating our brand. This is a full-time position in an on-site, office environment in Augusta, GA, and an awesome opportunity for a dynamic, talented marketing professional to build a team and become a pivotal member of our leadership team. In this position, you will: • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies • Translate the marketing vision into specific projects, scalable action plans, and tactics • Assist and collaborate in the creation and curation of engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content for various campaigns and social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and physical media • Implement digital marketing demand gen strategies to increase sales by generating high-quality leads and attracting traffic to Sales Gravy websites.
