As Director of Marketing Activation, you run the team that is responsible for guiding the overall sales building strategy for each franchise group. You will focus your team on building replicable sales building plans that can be scaled across the system. We’ve got sizeable budgets and plenty of resources, but we are competing with brands that have 10k+ units in the US, so we need to be punchier, nimbler and more resourceful to keep this brand growing at a record pace. We are seeking a restaurant industry talent that is looking for a space to prove that they can be part of building a brand that changes the industry. May also require presenting information to small or large groups.
