The ideal candidate brings a strong track record selling marine products or services, understands marina operating dynamics, and is highly effective in face-to-face, relationship-driven sales environments such as marinas, boat shows, and waterfront facilities. A substantial portion of total compensation is performance-based, directly tied to revenue generation and subscription sales.
