Responsibilities


Lead marketing and admissions efforts for a skilled nursing facility

Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners

Oversee admissions process from inquiry through intake

Drive census growth and maintain occupancy targets

Coordinate tours, outreach, and community engagement initiatives

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions

Track and analyze referral data and marketing performance

Ensure excellent customer service and patient/family experience

Requirements


Prior experience in SNF marketing/admissions required

Strong network of referral sources in the local market preferred

Proven ability to drive census and build relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes

Self-motivated and results-driven
