This role owns the organization’s marketing strategy, creative direction, content operations, brand standards, and fan-facing communications. The Director leads the marketing and creative team, establishes department priorities, manages campaign execution, and serves as the primary marketing representative within the organization’s leadership structure. Gameday Marketing and Creative Leadership· Serve as the marketing and creative lead for home game presentation. The Director of Marketing and Creative owns creative execution, content readiness, sponsor presentation, brand standards, and fan-facing marketing elements. Preferred SkillsProfessional or collegiate sports experience.Experience leading creative teams or managing direct reports.Experience with sponsorship activation, fulfillment, and partner reporting.Experience with website management, mobile app content, email marketing, and social media platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.Photography, videography, motion graphics, or graphic design experience.Passion for sports, live events, and fan engagement.
