Key Responsibilities: Marketing Leadership * Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and client deliverables. * Oversee the development and execution of a strategic marketing campaign for Total Solutions that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention. Sales Ownership * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets across all service lines: Marketing, Accounting, HR, and Payroll. * Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement. * Strong leadership and team management skills.
