Director of Marketing and Business Development

Serving as the Firm's senior marketing and business development leader, this individual will partner directly with Firm leadership and practice group chairs to design and execute marketing initiatives, optimize attorney business development efforts, and elevate the firm's competitive footprint throughout Utah and the Intermountain West. Strategic Growth & Business Development: Collaborate directly with Firm Leadership, Practice Group Chairs, and individual partners to build, track, and execute effective business development plans. Public Relations & Thought Leadership: Cultivate relationships with local, regional, and national legal and industry media. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field required. This position provides the opportunity to work directly with respected firm leadership, and leading attorneys to shape the growth strategy of one of Utah's most established law firms.
