With five locations across San Diego and major growth goals for 2025–2026, we are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to partner with our store managers and leadership team to elevate performance, customer engagement, and revenue. Ideal Candidate • 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (food, hospitality, or retail preferred) • Strong skills in social media marketing (Instagram, Meta ads, Google Business listings) • Experience running local promotions and community-driven campaigns • Highly organized, loves working cross-functionally between ownership and store teams • Hands-on — willing to visit stores weekly and roll up your sleeves to activate campaigns • Data-driven mindset — comfortable measuring success through sales and traffic growth • Ability to think like a brand builder and execute like an operator Minimum Requirements: – 3+ years marketing experience, with proven track record of full campaign ownership (not freelance) – Hands-on experience in retail, food/beverage, hospitality, or multi-location marketing – Portfolio or examples of marketing work required – Local candidates preferred (San Diego area) Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter telling us why you are excited about combining marketing and operations to grow a bold local brand. • Have you ever built and launched a loyalty program for a brick-and-mortar business?
