The Chicago White Sox are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Advertising to lead the team’s integrated marketing initiatives across branding, ticket sales, revenue generation, and fan engagement. The Director will lead branding efforts and support test-and-learn strategies to drive fan growth and engagement. Advertising: • Oversee media buying and performance optimization, including budget allocation, scheduling, campaign implementation, and post-campaign analysis with a strong focus on ROI. • Lead digital advertising efforts, including paid social, display, programmatic, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, in collaboration with internal teams and MLB’s performance media partners. • 7–10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related areas, with supervisory responsibilities.
