The Director is new and will be managing the inside sales department, a marketing coordinator and a brand manager. This person must be strategic yet tactical, must be able to roll things up to a high level, report to the President and take clear direction, work within the confines of the strategic sales and marketing plan and within a small to modest budget (under $1M) to drive this team. Must have experience within the supplement industry to provide real-world guidance as it is a revenue-focused, extremely fast-paced, laser focus regenerative nutrition company.
