Director of Marketing and Public Relations

ChargeSmart EV is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing and Public Relations to drive our brand strategy, lead all marketing initiatives, and manage external communications as we enter a new phase of accelerated growth. This critical leadership role will oversee marketing campaigns, digital presence, PR outreach, and partnerships, shaping how we communicate our story and value to customers, partners, and the broader market. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company growth goals • Oversee all brand, content, digital, and social marketing initiatives to drive awareness and demand • Build and manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and thought leadership opportunities • Manage website content, SEO, and digital campaigns to maximize lead generation • Lead customer communications, case studies, and success stories to highlight our impact • Cultivate partnerships and sponsorships that elevate our brand and align with strategic goals • Work closely with the leadership team to support sales efforts through targeted campaigns and collateral • Analyze marketing and PR performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize ROI • Oversee internal and external resources, including agencies, freelancers, and vendors • Other duties as required
