Director of Marketing and Sales

This dual-role position requires a visionary leader who can oversee the execution of high-impact marketing strategies while also taking full ownership of sales performance and client acquisition. Marketing Leadership • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and client deliverables. • Oversee the development and execution of a strategic marketing campaign for Total Solutions that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention. Sales Ownership • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets across all service lines: Marketing, Accounting, HR, and Payroll. • 7+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles.
