Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates the brand, drives business growth, and builds a strong digital presence • Lead digital marketing efforts with measurable goals including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads and sales, building customer loyalty, and measuring ROI to optimize campaigns • Build and oversee the company’s content strategy including photography, videography, social media, blogs, and website updates • Manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, online ads, and pay-per-click campaigns • Oversee SEO and website optimization to ensure strong search engine visibility • Develop email marketing campaigns targeting corporate and prospective social clients, including nurturing leads that have inquired but not booked • Collaborate with sales, event management, and culinary teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging • Identify and execute marketing opportunities and content marketing initiatives • Lead vendor relationships with creative agencies, photographers, and other external partners as needed • Recruit, train, and mentor a results-driven sales and marketing team, including Sales Managers and the Sales and Marketing Coordinator • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and empowered team culture • Take ownership of team performance and sales goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets • Manage the department budget to ensure strategic allocation of resources and ROI on all initiatives • Analyze sales metrics to optimize efforts and drive continuous improvement • Analyze marketing performance using data analytics tools and adjust campaigns to maximize results • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, fostering a culture of storytelling and high-quality communication In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: • Access professional development support, including marketing certifications, workshops, and conferences (e.g., Catersource, Wedding MBA) • Stay at the forefront of trends in hospitality, social media, and consumer behavior, and test emerging technologies • Express your creativity freely while contributing to events that bring people together for milestone moments • Thrive in a culture that values innovation, quality, and joy, with leadership that encourages experimentation, ownership, and professional growth If you are up for the challenge, please send your resume along with a short write-up describing a time when you led a team, managed multiple projects or campaigns, and delivered measurable results.
