This role oversees all aspects of marketing, branding, media relations, and communications to support enrollment, advancement, and community life. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic marketing and communications plan aligned with the School's mission and goals.Partner with the Head of School, Admissions, and Advancement to drive interest and engagement among prospective families, alumni, and donors.Oversee all internal and external communications — including website, digital campaigns, publications, social media, and media relations.Manage and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.Supervise and mentor the marketing and communications team.Lead video and digital storytelling initiatives to bring the School's mission to life.Track metrics and assess the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts.Provide leadership in communications strategy during key announcements or crisis situations.Qualifications
