Director of Marketing & Community Engagement

The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, communications and community engagement plans. Under the direction of the COO, the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, communications and community engagement plans. • Essential time management skills for managing multiple projects at the same time in all three areas of the job. • Establish fundraising or participation goals with Development Director or designate staff and the Y Board for special events. • Assist with planning and directing special events with assigned event chairman for fundraising, such as silent auction, dances, golf events or other innovative events or efforts that further the mission of the Y.
