The Director of Marketing & Communications leads the organization's marketing, communications, public relations, and brand management efforts. As the steward of the BGCSM brand, this position increases awareness, strengthens community engagement, and advances the organization's reputation through strategic communications, storytelling, and marketing initiatives that support mission impact and organizational growth. Communications Provide guidance and resources to Club and departmental teams to ensure consistent brand execution throughout the organization. Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, brand management, or a related field required.
