The Director of Marketing & Communications leads the organization's marketing, communications, public relations, and brand management efforts. As the steward of the BGCSM brand, this position increases awareness, strengthens community engagement, and advances the organization's reputation through strategic communications, storytelling, and marketing initiatives that support mission impact and organizational growth. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations strategy aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives. Funder & Stakeholder Communications Partner with Resource Development and program leadership to develop compelling donor, grant, and impact communications. Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, brand management, or a related field required.
