Responsibilities: • Develop and implement rapid growth strategies for client businesses by identifying marketing constraints and prescribing clear, tactical solutions • Lead Boardroom sessions and live discussions focused on marketing and growth, including real-time problem-solving for client businesses • Demonstrate deep expertise across key marketing disciplines, including paid acquisition, funnels, creative strategy, messaging, and conversion optimization • Create and present frameworks, playbooks, and assets that help clients generate predictable, scalable growth • Partner with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience and delivery quality • Support internal growth projects such as new funnel launches, campaigns, or offer development • Coach and mentor junior advisors and associates on marketing strategy, client management, and execution • Model competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character in every client and team interaction The right person for this role will appreciate each of these values, personally subscribe to them, and understand why each is critical to having a great business.
