Director of Marketing / Media

We are a fast-growing real estate company operating across investing, lending, construction, and education through our Deal Makers Academy, and we are looking for a Director of Marketing / Media to take full ownership of our marketing engine. On the education side, you will drive Deal Maker Academy sales by creating content that converts directly from Reels to checkout, attending events for photo/video opportunities, scheduling content/podcast guests, managing content production, and overseeing video editing and publishing. The bonus structure includes 10% on $20K–$99K, 15% on $100K–$199K, and 20% on $200K+, providing strong upside tied directly to performance. This is not a “post on social media” position, this is a build, scale, and own the marketing engine role.
