Director of Marketing Operations

The Director of Marketing Operations will drive strategic and operational leadership for our agency's marketing initiatives. This role encompasses business management, the implementation of operational processes, and the development of a dynamic internal advertising agency. • Provide guidance and strategic direction for all advertising functions and business operations across the company. • Oversee production, proofreading, traffic, and project-related activities, managing teams to execute workflows, develop and update budgets, handle stakeholder expectations, and identify risks and case studies; negotiate and onboard teams while collaborating with various agency disciplines. • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in advertising or creative operations, demonstrating success in leading, recruiting, retaining, and managing teams.
