Aaron’s Estate Sales is an award winning estate liquidation company focused on helping families solve one very basic problem “what do I do with all my stuff?” We help sell the contents of entire homes; some small, some massive and can help with donation, clean out and more to make it a smooth process for that persons next step in life or to get the home ready to sell. The Director of Marketing, Promotion and Sales will work closely with the owner of the company and the rest of the team putting together programs to communicate with the masses and make the company and our good works well known. - Work out promotional actions on current communication lines - Work out new promotional actions on platforms not currently being utilized - Handling estate sale consultations - meeting with clients to get them signed up for our service - Setting up and meeting with realtors, probate attorneys and other professionals to educate on our services - Maintain our Client Filing system and run mailing programs to communicate to our past clients - Bulk Mail - Get program for getting bulk mail out - Create Email Marketing campaigns with Mail Chimp - Business Networking events - Create referral program and promote it to past clients and estate sale shoppers - Effective interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and listening skills - Strong computer literacy - Google drive, Mailchimp, google sheets - Demonstrated prioritization, organization and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines - Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Sales skills - Social Media and Social Media Advertising - Travel throughout the Metro-Detroit area will be required (paid mileage or gas allowance) - Hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm with overtime as needed - Office Location is Ferndale MI - Pay depending on experience (sales will have an added commission or bonus for each job signed) - Production Bonuses after trial period - No paid time off - We do not currently offer benefits - Young growing team of professionals putting in order to create and grow a business.
