Director of Marketing & Proposal Deliver

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Director of Marketing & Proposal Deliver with a minimum of 15 years' experience. The Director of Marketing & Proposal Deliver is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading all marketing team members, supporting business development and client acquisition. The position partners closely with Market Leads, Operations, and Discipline Leads, and technical staff to win work. Leads the firm's pursuit marketing team across markets, geographies, and delivery methods.Oversees pursuit planning and ensures the win strategy is implemented, working with the Market Leads and marketing team members assigned to respective opportunities.Directs all RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and proposal efforts, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.Ensures submission of project and people awards.Develops and manages pursuit schedules, responsibilities, and workflows.Facilitates storyboarding and proposal kickoffs with pursuit teams.Ensures proposals are tailored to client needs, project drivers, and evaluation criteria.
