Client-Side: Paid Social & Media • Flexibility and appreciation for getting deployed to the hottest client fires on an as needed basis • Serves as a strategic partner for clients, driving paid social and media recommendations rooted in data, audience insights, and platform best practices • Provides senior-level leadership in client meetings, translating complex media concepts into clear, actionable guidance • Identifies cross-channel opportunities—collaborating with paid search, programmatic, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions • Anticipates client needs and proactively surfaces optimizations, risks, and growth opportunities • Helps shape long-term client roadmaps by contributing to quarterly/annual planning cycles and forecasting discussions • Integrates with account teams as needed to support the rollout of new initiatives, POV development, or troubleshooting • Participates in business development requests, including account audits, story development, and pitching Paid Social Agency Support • Support account teams by providing general troubleshooting support, both strategic and technical • Oversees agency process to ensure execution, optimization, and best practices are followed across teams; identifies & develops new workflow processes as needed to ensure maximum team efficiency • Collaborate with Account Directors to identify team/client trends and prioritize new initiatives or projects that will support the evolving needs of the agency • Work closely with VP of Media to ensure agency stays up-to-date on industry challenges related to the use of data, including, but not limited to consent mode, iOS14, GDPR, CCPA, and future privacy law • Facilitate paid social roundtable meetings with the agency, compiling presentation slides and guiding the conversation across all account teams • Promote Booyah thought leadership by writing and/or facilitating case studies and blog posts, distributing POVs, participating in external speaking engagements such as webinars or panels, etc. The Director of Media plays a mission-critical role in elevating Booyah’s media excellence, strengthening our paid social leadership, and ensuring that our clients and internal teams receive world-class strategic guidance.
