Director of Operation

This person will know what it takes to grow sales sustainably and have experience putting in the systems and process that allow the organization to run like a well-oiled machine. \\- Work on scheduling, hiring, and labor cost \\- Train, and terminate employees -Implement current specials and product -Oversee all staff and enforce policies as needed -Knowledge of POS systems -Control stores inventories and orders are placed correctly -Must have server/Barista experience -Must understand ins and outs of each position -Needs to obtain or have food handlers card -Must be familiar with Excel -Assist Managers as needed Skills & requirements \\- 4+ years in multi-unit operations manager \\- Bachelor degree \\- Experience with food and beverage industry, retail, or equivalent \\- Ability to run a single store operation without guidance \\- Familiarity with advertising and media buys (print, outdoor, radio) \\- Demonstrated track record of success building and leading teams \\- History of successfully mentoring individual contributors and managers \\- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills \\- Hands-on, willing and able to perform all in store tasks \\- Sense of urgency and high energy \\- Data-driven decision-making
