Job Description As the VP of Paid Media, you will lead a Paid Media division in department growth, client performance & retention, product innovation, team member development and accountability, as well as thought leadership, both external and internal. You are a critical part of elevating Directive into the upper echelon of performance marketing agencies. Required Skills and Qualifications This role requires 5-10+ years experience managing teams of 10+ Paid Media practitioners, preferably at a growing agency. You should have experience navigating, servicing, and growing enterprise-level Paid Media engagements, as well as communicating as an executive sponsor of key accounts.
