Director of Performance Media

As the Director of Performance Media at Defero you will be charged with managing our media team while motivating Defero personnel to ensure their continued learnings and professional growth and be a mentor for less experienced internal media team associates. You’ll communicate the strategic story to clients, you’ll oversee the execution of paid media across all media platforms, and you’ll be responsible in serving our clients with analytics and tracking. And importantly, you’re an exceptional leader and communicator of internal staff setting clear expectations of accountability for performance of their roles and responsibilities to the agency and our clients. Working at Defero requires you to be a team player and to always put the best interest of the client first. ● Maintains a pulse on fellow media professionals in the Phoenix Valley and is able to recruit new associates to Defero when needed.
