What you’ll bring to the team: • 7+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing with a strong track record of driving scalable growth in lead-based businesses • 3+ years of managing high-performing in-house performance marketing teams of paid media specialists or analysts • Proven ownership of multi-million dollar annual budgets across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) Benefits: • Eligibility: Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
