This is a high- profile and impactful role that is critical in driving customer acquisition, retention and growth for the company. Responsibilities will include developing and driving the company's performance marketing strategy, owning and planning the outcomes of all marketing channels, building performance marketing capabilities while fostering a data- driven and growth-focused culture, leading and executing the customer acquisition strategy, establishing best practices, utilizing data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness, partnering with internal teams to optimize campaign performance, and more.
