Director of Performance Marketing

This is a local, in-person role in Austin, with a $180,000-$200,000 base + performance bonus. As our Performance Marketing Director, you will: • Architect, run, and scale our Meta + YouTube ad funnels - from cold awareness through to remarketing and post-purchase retention. • Collaborate with our content team to test creative hooks, storytelling formats, and new ad angles.
