Director of Performance Marketing

In this role, you will own both the strategy and execution of paid media programs with a strong emphasis on hands-on campaign management in Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will work closely with CEOs and stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, and you'll collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, partnerships, lifecycle, reverse engineering, and growth operations to drive integrated growth. • Structure and analyze rigorous A/B tests to improve performance and efficiency. What You'll Bring • 5+ years of hands-on experience launching, scaling, and optimizing campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform not through an agency or vendor, but with direct ownership. • A passion for building systems for producing high quality creatives at scale incorporating AI tools and processes alongside best in class creative testing structures.
