Description In This Role: you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies focused on driving measurable results across paid digital advertising, email marketing, and organic search (SEO) for a variety of product lines, including: books, live events, and our Entreleadership and Ramsey Education brands. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business goals with customer insights and performance of your team's marketing initiatives. • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing strategists (paid media specialists and email marketers), providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and achieve team objectives. Skills Needed to Win: • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC/Pay-Per-Click, programmatic), email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and/or a combination of experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C space • 2+ years of leadership experience • Experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, or Marketo • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through performance marketing channels • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies • E-commerce experience is preferred with major platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix, but is not required
