About the Role
The Company is excited to invite applications for the role of Director of Performance Marketing. You will lead a high-performing team in the strategic and executional management of paid digital media campaigns. As the primary account lead for 3-6 key clients, you will focus on leadership, exceptional communication, and achieving outstanding campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct data analysis and campaign optimization to drive performance and exceed client KPIs.Identify growth opportunities and forecast campaign results accurately.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and establishing strong relationships.Lead, hire, train, and cultivate a collaborative team environment.Maintain a high level of knowledge in advertising best practices and industry trends.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in strategy and client relationship management. You should be a proactive problem-solver who can structure complex projects effectively and communicate seamlessly at all organizational levels.
