About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Director of Performance Marketing eager to lead our next growth phase. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in scaling up our B2C customer acquisition efforts, refining performance across the consumer funnel, and exploring innovative channels to drive growth. This position calls for a candidate with 8-15+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital commerce, or commercial leadership within dynamic B2C and DTC environments. A background in telehealth, digital health, or other high-growth healthcare sectors is highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record of scaling customer acquisition, managing key unit economics, and optimizing the entire consumer growth journey. You should have deep expertise in performance marketing economics, understanding the interplay of acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime customer value. Successful candidates will thrive in complex and fast-paced settings, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and an ability to turn data insights into actionable growth strategies.

Your experience should include launching new products with effective go-to-market strategies, establishing and scaling marketing infrastructure, and overseeing external agency partnerships while enhancing internal capabilities. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the capacity to influence key stakeholders across product, technology, analytics, and operations.
