Aptive Environmental is seeking a high-impact Director of Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition (B2C) to lead our B2C paid media and growth initiatives from Provo, Utah or remotely. You will own acquisition strategy, manage budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize every stage of the funnel.
This role requires 10+ years in marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, driving CAC/ROAS improvements while scaling new channels and partnerships.
