This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a critical role in scaling our business by managing performance marketing, optimizing customer acquisition, and driving retention strategies. ● Paid Media Buying: Oversee and manage all paid media efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. ● Paid Media Content Strategy: Lead and manage the overall paid media content strategy, collaborating with internal production teams and external content agencies. ● Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on scaling ad spending and maximizing ROAS. ● A deep understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel management.
