We’re looking for candidates with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization, a strong aptitude for idea generation, and the ability to work with the subtleties of experience design, data-driven consumer products and data-driven iteration. • Product Development: Lead the development, enhancement, and scaling of ad tech and programmatic solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders, advertisers and the company's revenue goals. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Ad Tech Product & Platforms team, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of ad tech solutions. Required & Preferred: • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ad tech within the digital media industry, preferable with Audio.
