DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION (Ad Agency Project Management)

Role: The Director of Production manages a team of Integrated Producers who are responsible for all project management and creative problem solving related to the execution of re-Branding, Advertising, Digital development, and Brand Consulting scopes for clients. All Producers and the Director of Production have daily client contact in the management of project execution and coordinate internally... with Account Directors who are responsible for the management of the client relationship. This is a senior level position that will be woven into the fabric of the agency’s leadership and through excellence in performance has innumerable opportunities for upward mobility. • Ongoing, proactive focus on exceptional execution that fully realizes the opportunities and priorities established with clients, including: • Remarkable work in quality and impact • Bold execution of ambitious ideas • Completion without unnecessary concessions made externally or internally • Collaboration directly with clients to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables and to elevate the work • Constructive interaction with resources both internally (Creative, Strategy) and externally (production vendors, developers, media planners/buyers, strategic partners) that fosters thoughtful execution and flawless implementation • Awareness and application of best-in-class production methods, technology platforms, processes, and innovations in the discipline • Reporting to COO on efficiency in terms of resource requirements and opportunities to improve productivity/profitability • Monitor and Improve Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging of the Production Department in coordination with the People & Culture team • Vendor management (identification, vetting, negotiation) that yields favorability and quality execution/support • Pricing/Budget Management/Scope/Cost/Timing of required program elements and Quality Control. You will be provided flexibility in both the location and timing of your work and will be held accountable to your productivity in terms of Value-Creation -- not hours -- regardless of where you sit or stand
