Fish Marketing is expanding our team for 2019 and we hope you are the perfect fit. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of agency experience managing projects in digital, print and video from initial conception to completion. **What you will do: ** * Oversee all project management responsibilities for a specific group of agency clients * Manage internal and freelance resources to efficiently complete projects within budget and on schedule * Oversee the day-to-day duties of a FT project manager and be responsible for their weekly output * Prepare for and run Monday morning stand up meetings with all teams to review resourcing and production objectives for the coming week Prepare for and run daily stand up meetings with creative and digital teams * Ensure that project requirements are clearly understood by team members * Set and communicate deadlines for key tasks, determining with brand, digital and creative teams the time necessary to complete a job * Ensure the creative team has all they need to do their work (e.g., the right files, the creative brief, clear deadlines) * Manage internal iterations of deliverables prior to a client presentation * Ensure proper project close-out, including archiving of files so they can be easily accessed when needed in the future * Estimate costs for all scope of work and participate in SOW creation * Communicate effectively with project and media team members including bi-weekly 1:1s with direct reports * Effectively and efficiently plan, prioritize and update all resources across multiple projects * Ensure on time and on budget delivery of all projects * Identify risks and escalate issues and concerns to leadership team * Ensure all requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed * Utilize existing agency software platforms: Wrike for project management and Advantage for accounting and time keeping.
