In This Role • Develop and lead brand awareness strategies across PR, social media, and advertising in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and key stakeholders • Manage relationships with external PR and media agencies, guiding messaging and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, design influencers, media professionals, and other industry influences to enhance brand visibility and engagement • Create and implement demand-driving strategies to accelerate growth in customer applications and revenue across all customer segments • Collaborate with internal teams—including Customer Experience, Sales, Product Development, Creative, and Merchandising—to align marketing efforts with business goals • Monitor key performance indicators, maintain dashboards, and recommend new initiatives based on data and insights • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications • Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team • Be open and honest • Reach for excellence • Act with responsibility • Value the whole person • Enjoy the journey Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
