The Director of Recruitment will work collaboratively with other team members from our marketing, school services, communications, and placement teams to increase, improve the quality of, and diversify our job-seeking candidate pool. The DofR will be responsible for putting systems in place to measure the efficacy of all our recruitment work and increase the ROI on all initiatives.
