Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing with a minimum of 5 years as a DOS or Senior Sales Manager in the destination market of a luxury resort, with solid experience in group and leisure sales, marketing, public relations, catering sales, conference services, advertising and electronic commerce experience. Sales skills show a proven ability to establish and meet goals for market niches that maximize Resort revenues/profitability. Ability to work with and contribute to the Executive Committee and Sales team. Lead staff in the utilization of space and the formulation of contracts to most effectively and efficiently deliver and maximize revenues for the property. Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the General Manager and Ayres Hotels Corporate Office.
