Director of Sales & Marketing About the Role Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics • Manage budgets and track KPIs to optimize performance • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and online advertising • Handle all supervisory duties of 2-3 direct reports: hiring, training, performance management, and team development Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required • 7+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing is required • Experience in industrial manufacturing is required • Proven track record of driving revenue and building brand presence • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards What We Offer • Competitive salary up to $150K plus performance bonus • Comprehensive benefits package • Professional development opportunities • Collaborative work environment
