Director of Sales and Marketing

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + Performance Bonus Location: Peoria/Eureka, IL Employment Type: Full-time/Direct Hire We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team and drive revenue growth while enhancing our brand visibility in the overhead crane industry. This Director of Sales & Marketing role requires a visionary leader with exceptional strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and deep industry expertise to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategy development and execution • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing and sales efforts with new product launches Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience: Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing, in industrial equipment sector required • Track Record: Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop strong brand presence • Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building capabilities • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
