They also ensure that the organization's message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels and targeted audiences, as well as the coordination of the organizations budget.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Marketing:Generates and updates website content and email marketing advertising.Oversee and interact on social media platforms and posts regularly.Assists in the production of marketing campaigns by creating innovative and dynamic marketing ideas within agreed budgets and timescales, in the following departments: Food and Beverage, Golf Proshop and Game play Private and public event creation, concepts, organization, activities, rental of facilitiesMember ServicesResponsible for selling, growing, and maintaining the membership of each golf course.Coordinate the marketing and membership relations programs to promote the company’s services and facilities to potential and present members.Responsible for entering leads into tracking systems and following up in a timely manner.Development new sales prospects by contacting individuals, groups, and companies in the community.Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership sales tracking and reports.Follow up on membership calls and/or emails pertaining to their experience at each location, including but not limited to service, and billing issues.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)5+ years related experience in Business or Marketing ManagementStrong digital and visual marketing skillsEffective in managing membership and new unit organization to achieve growth on a consistent basis with attention to retention.High level of organizational skill is required.Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.Excellent verbal and written communication.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
