Key Responsibilities • Strategic Marketing & Communications Leadership: Create and execute comprehensive strategic marketing and communications plans that strengthen brand visibility, support census growth, and advance long-term organizational priorities across a multi-level-of-care CCRC. • Sales Leadership, Management and Census Performance: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of sales performance and census outcomes across all levels of care, including inquiry-to-move-in conversion, waitlist management and occupancy targets.
