Shift: Primarily on-site when not traveling; standard business hours Salary: Competitive base salary plus profit sharing, depending on experience Director of Sales & Marketing Role: This role will lead our client's global sales growth, market presence, and brand positioning through strategic, customer-focused initiatives. Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: • Develop and lead a high-performing sales team through motivating, coaching, and training • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department • Lead digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, social media, and email campaigns • Oversee promotional activities such as trade shows, advertising, and the creation of marketing collateral • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to align demand forecasting, inventory, and product distribution • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent new business and successful lead conversion • Champion new products and influence improvements to drive profitable and sustainable growth • Establish and execute pricing, margin, and volume strategies across all product lines • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets while tracking and refining performance strategies • Employ a consultative sales approach to build long-term, value-based relationships • Penetrate existing accounts to maximize margins while reducing management time and costs • Act on strategic items beyond formal responsibilities to support company leadership Director of Sales & Marketing Reporting Relationships: The Director of Sales & Marketing reports to company leadership and oversees a team of sales and marketing professionals.
