The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives. This individual will lead a high-performing team, strengthen market positioning, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growthLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing teamAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunitiesStrengthen brand visibility through targeted campaigns and initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersMonitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on KPIsManage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectivelyPartner with product teams to support successful product launchesOversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and online advertising

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketingExperience in an industrial or equipment-driven environment is requiredProven track record of driving revenue growth and brand developmentStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skillsProficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platformsKnowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
