This role is vital to our success - you'll be the face of Oakmont Gardens for prospective residents and families, guiding them through one of life's most important transitions with warmth and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the sales and marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy goals Cultivate relationships with potential residents, families, and referral sources through tours, events, and ongoing follow-up Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans to drive qualified leads Maintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on performance metrics Collaborate with the Executive Director and Home Office to align on community goals and initiatives Represent Oakmont Gardens at networking and community events to enhance visibility and brand awareness Create a welcoming and hospitality-focused experience for all who interact with the community Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred 2+ years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related field Proven success meeting sales goals and maintaining strong conversion ratios Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills CRM experience and strong organizational skills required A passion for serving seniors and helping families find the right solution Vaccination Note: Some roles may require disclosure of your vaccination status, including MMR, Varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Flu, and COVID-19.
