This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused sales leader who thrives on building referral networks, guiding families through important decisions, and delivering strong occupancy results while maintaining a compassionate, resident-centered approach. Through a combination of strategic marketing and relationship-driven sales efforts, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads to achieve budgeted occupancy targets. The Director of Sales and Marketing spends the majority of the workweek outside the community, building referral relationships and representing the community to prospects, families, and professional partners.
